Your account email, your brew journal, the bean bags you scan, and the cafes you save or stamp. That is the list. It exists so the app can pace your brews, plan freshness, and remember your taste.

Join the waitlist and Blend keeps your email, first name, and which phone you’ll brew on. We also note your approximate location (country, city, timezone) read from your connection at signup; your IP address itself is never stored. You only hear from us after you confirm by email, every message includes a one-click way off the list, and writing to hello@blendcoffee.app deletes you entirely.

Run a cafe on Blend and you also get the Monday digest: one weekly summary of your own listing, built from your own numbers and sent to one confirmed address per cafe, the owner’s where there is one. It carries the same one-click way off the list, and each cafe you manage has its own switch in the dashboard, so you can stop one location without leaving the rest. Switching it off changes nothing about your listing. Account mail is separate: sign-in codes and the decision on your application are sent because you asked for them, so they carry no opt-out.

No background location tracking, no ad profiles, and your data is never sold. Notifications stay quiet by default, and the cafe map works without following you around.

Your data sits with our hosting provider, encrypted in transit and at rest. Deleting your account removes it. You can export your journal first from settings, and nothing lingers once you go.
