Who can list?
Cafes serving specialty coffee — roughly: you can name your roasters, and there’s a real brew bar. Chains and pod machines aren’t a fit. If you’re not sure, apply anyway; a human reads every application.
How long does review take?
Usually about two days. A human checks the bar, the roasters, and the menu, and you can see the status the whole way. If something is unclear we ask — we don’t guess.
What happens if we’re not approved?
You get the exact reasons — specific and fixable, never a form letter. Fix what’s named and resubmit; it costs nothing, and nothing you entered is deleted.
Can I edit my listing after it’s live?
Yes — photos, menu, this week’s beans, hours, anytime. You edit beside a live preview of what drinkers see, and changes go live within hours after a quick human check.
How do I cancel?
From billing, in two clicks. Your listing stays on the map on Basic — downgrading never removes you. Founding spots stay locked in for as long as you’re listed.
