  • 18 gcoffee
  • 180 gwater at 100°C

How to brew

  1. —Prep

    Fill a shaker or jar with 150 g of ice

    Fill the boiler with 180 g just-boiled water

    Fill the basket level — never tamp

    Assemble and set on medium heat

    Wait for the first golden flow

    Gentle pressure keeps the concentrate sweet enough to meet the ice.

    When the stream goes pale, kill the heat

    Pour the moka over the ice

    Shake hard; strain into a chilled glass
