How to brew

Rest the gravity press on top — don't twist tight
- 0:25Pour→ 30g
Bloom: pour to 30 g

Wait — the grounds swell and seal the bed
The bloom swells the bed against the press, so the drip runs slow and even.
- 1:15Pour→ 110g
Fill to 110 g; set the lid on
- 1:30Wait
Let it drip — four to five minutes
If it gushes, grind finer next time; if it stalls past six minutes, go coarser.
