• 220 gwater at 92°C

How to brew

1. —Prep

   Fill your glass with 100 g of ice

2. 0:10Pour→ 120g

   Pour to 120 g

3. 0:25Stir

   Stir five times

4. 0:35Wait

   Steep — it should look too strong

   The concentrate is built to land at full strength once the ice melts in.

5. 1:50Press

   Press slowly, straight onto the ice

6. 2:20Serve

   Swirl and serve
