How to brew

1. —Prep

   Set the AeroPress inverted — plunger just in

2. 0:10Pour→ 220g

   Pour to 220 g, wetting all the grounds

3. 0:25Stir

   Stir gently five times

4. 0:35Prep

   Screw on the cap with a rinsed filter

5. 0:45Wait

   Steep upside down

   Inverted, the seal is the plunger itself: full immersion with no lost liquor.

6. 1:45Invert

   Flip onto your mug in one smooth motion

7. 1:55Press

   Press slowly — stop at the hiss
